Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if:

- The product is unused and in its original packaging.

Customized Products
All customized and personalized products are made specifically for you and are therefore non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your request has been approved and verified, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
